To put it bluntly, Balthazar isn’t really prone to making friends. He doesn’t trust readily or willingly, not to mention that he’s just quiet by nature. He has a lot of things that annoy him, and he can’t stand to be around loud people. He guards himself violently, and expects the worst out of everyone. Most of the time he’s only going to make friends with someone when he’s absolutely forced to be around them for extended periods of time, and even then it takes a special person to both deal with him and get him to like them at the same time.

These are much more likely for him. He is a violent and aggressive person and he isn’t shy about lashing out at people when they get on his nerves, which is quite often. He picks fight and he’s ruthless when he does. He never fights with words, he’s always going to go straight for your throat no matter what. Verbal fights seem pointless to him because usually those only cause more bad blood and they make the person more likely to annoy you again than anything.

He recently lost his ears and tail to his blank, and his feelings toward her are the first feelings of attraction and romance that he has ever felt. Balthazar isn’t going to bed random people, he doesn’t get attracted to people until he gets to know them, after all.
